I hope so. I have never been able to understand Decleor using Fiona to flog their products. She frequently looks a mess & is not a good rep for the brand. Laura is much more polished. She looks the part.

I never shop with them now. IMO they are an appalling company. I know we whinge about the CS from QVC at times but at least you talk to someone in this country !!

Really enjoyable hour. Susan Harmsworth is a lovely lady for a lady of mature years, & looks really good without a face full of fillers. AY looked nice today. No heavy eye make up & it looks so much nicer.:flower:

Oh QVC do that all the time. Just cancel your order & don't bother to tell you. They then send a letter which you don't get until your order has been cancelled for 2-3 weeks. I have had many an up & downer with them about this. Its just rude. Don't waste your anger on them because they don't...
