Thorntons the art of the Choclatier or however you spell it -)

That reminds me - I went into Woolies to get my Lindt on Friday - the Woolies in town sells them £1 a bar (bought some a fortnight ago), but Woolies in Hillsborough (which is only about 30 minutes from town) are selling them at £1.49. How does that work?!!!

    Is anyone else sick of....

I thought the same yesterday during the Lindt show, and then there she was stuffing her face again today. And not just nibbling to try it, but full on mouthfuls so that, like you said, she couldn't speak. But then again, I have to say no speaking or noise was better than the oohs and aarrgghs...

tap dancing rolli polli's b&w show

I couldn't help giggling when he said that. Think he's probably the only one who could get away with that with Julia!

    L'Occitane - 9th Anniversary

Hi It's on a brush and it's a really sweet little bottle - I've had mine in my handbag since I got it so I can just refresh my perfume and it's never leaked. It's not a very good picture but this is what it looks like - it's just like a nail polish brush: Hope that helps.

    lindt chocs

I think even I - who can get through chocolates at some rate - would have felt off if I'd eaten as many one after the other as she did - she just kept going. I think in the first ten minutes she'd had four or five (I know they were cut in half, but even so, I'd have struggled to eat them that...

    lindt chocs

Just found them on another site and it looks like they're selling the 200g ones for £9.99 so goodness knows how much the 400g ones are - makes it even more of a bargain. I must resist!

    lindt chocs

That would be a great deal if they were all £9.99. Surely the 400g can't be the same price as the 200g ones are - they don't give a price for both sizes.

    lindt chocs

Wow I was in Somerfield today and nearly bought one but as I know they're £1 in Woolies there was no way I was paying £1.90, but £3, that's ridiculous Now I can understand a bit why they sold out if people have to pay that much. I fancied the advent calendars but looked up on the Lindt...

    lindt chocs

My mouth is watering watching all that chocolate - Lindt is my favourite. I can't believe the price for the 11 bars of chocolate - £16.66 + £5.95 p&p, so £2.05 a bar - people must be mad paying that - the most expensive I've seen is £1.90 a bar in Somerfield. You can get them in Woolworths for...

    L'Occitane - 9th Anniversary

I've got the Cherry Blossom one of these and it is absolutely divine. Like a white thick liquid that sinks in very quickly and smells wonderful.

Diamonique stretch silver bracelet what's it like?

And another one where it stretched so it went back. It's a shame as it was really pretty but didn't want to risk it falling off without me noticing so it went back and I got a refund.

    Returns & Resizing

I sent two items from different orders back in the same envelope - I used one of the return labels, and cut out the order number from the other label so that both order numbers were on the envelope.

    p&p charge

I've definitely noticed - I finally caved in and ordered an Easiyo yogurt maker last week but I didn't get it from QVC, though I did get drinking yogurt sachets from them as they weren't available at Lakeland where I got the maker and other flavours from - I bought yogurt maker, box of six...

    The slanket

I did think when I was watching earlier when the guy who invented it had the cream one on how it looked just so odd, whereas at midnight when he had the ruby one on (I think) it just looked like he'd got a blanket over him - the green and ruby didn't look so strange, but the chocolate and cream...

    Thorntons

I like Hotel Chocolat choccies - somehow they seem how Thorntons used to be if that makes sense.

    Christmas on QVC

There definitely seems to be a lot more available on easy pay at the moment - all the "special" days lately seem to have been all easy pay, which didn't used to happen.

    The slanket

In the end I've gone for ruby on waitlist. I'm trying to reduce how much the heating is on and I do love snuggling up in something warm so I was going to treat myself to a fleecy blanket anyway, but it's always my hands that get cold, so this way I can keep warm all over. And I'm sure the cat...

    thorntons and other foods

But didn't she say if you ate the whole box you couldn't use the 30 day mbg - but I've heard them countless times saying that you could even return food if you tried it and didn't like it. I suppose there's a difference between trying a few and not liking them, and scoffing the lot.

    Julia must feel really sick

She's not has as many as Kathy had earlier - how she managed to eat that many at that time of day I really don't know - I'd have been ill for the rest of the day, and I do love choccies.

    Thorntons

I almost switched off when she started that. I don't think she's got a very nice telly voice.
