Same here I think it goes on better with a serum first to be honest. I put it over my shoulders and round the back of my neck as well. It surprises me how little you need. I only get roll off if I rub my neck afterwards.

You shouldn't rub it in just pat it. I put it on over a serum. If do find if I scratch or rub my neck it does come off.
