Really interesting thread. I had heard of intermittent fasting and the 5:2 diet and heard good things about it. Just watched the documentary you put up MM and it's making me think seriously about giving it a go. Please keep us updated as to how you're getting on with it.

I feel very sorry for Paula. I know someone who behaves very like her and she has quite serious mental issues. I don't think being in that environment is at all good for her. She's way too fragile.

Well done MM! It's wonderful to see your focus and commitment to losing weight and good health. I can't comment on the cost as I've never attended any kind of exercise class, but if you enjoy it and it works it sounds like a great deal! Have you achieved your total weight loss date with weight...

From the pic I saw it looks like the poor little thing is dead. They wouldn't have a second thought about killing it as they're seen as vermin in Brazil. They said it went to an animal sanctuary Pah!!!

I've noticed Q are really bad for this. Other companies seem to have proper sales of their old stock while Q merrily go on to sell them for normal price or with pennies off. They must think we're all idiots.

Ooh I forgot to add Rylan ~ he wouldn't be happy with that would he? hahaha Not sure. Initially seems very likeable and attractive but are there hidden depths which are maybe less appealing? I'll reserve judgement.

My heart goes out to your friend Diane. I can't imagine how awful this is for her. She obviously wants to protect her son and yet to help him she has to do what goes against the grain and get him taken into the system. What a horrendous dilemma for her. I can only echo the excellent advice given...

So far Ryan (Toadie) is my definite favourite. He seems genuinely lovely. The rest of them are the usual I love me who do you love types and I can't be bothered with any of them. Paula shouldn't be in there, she's pretty damaged. Trisha is a loudmouth yob. Like you LE not too sure about...

When did you use the propolis gel Disenchanted? Mum's blisters have scabbed over but still look pretty yukky ~ did you wait until the scabs had gone? Mum can't speak and so I don't know how painful it is for her. Will it be sore to wash her face for example? It's so difficult to know what to do...
