I can't really elaborate other than if used it works. I had a bad problem with my left arm and it seemed to help me build the strength back but it is tiring.

Use micropore tape to mask your fingertips if you are getting polish on them.

LBA, the exposure is far less than the older uv lamps to state the obvious. After that the decision is yours about whether you want to use the system. Everything has an element of risk e.g. some of the best strengtheners contain formaldehyde etc.

No claims being made here Snarls but.... my health took a turn for the worse a while ago (oh joy) and my nails just went to bits, something that never happened me before. Now having been a biter they look rubbish unless concealed by polish but they were so weak and disintegrating I got worried...

PVA wouldn't be the best on the less porous than bare nail, cured polish. I love to experiment but I wouldn't waste my time on PVA as a crafter and a nail freak. Just me though.
