When DPD pick up a parcel they scan it, and Amazon immediately send email to say item has been picked up, and quite often process refund as well even before goods have reached the warehouse! They always give you a delivery/collection time and are always punctual. rest my case.

The Q prices are really wicked. they are selling the 15 mil superskin moisturiser + concentrate for the same price as the 50 mil on the LE website of John Lewis. When I got mine from the LE website it was post free, also if you are near a JL or Waitrose, there is no postage.

I have never found any company to beat Amazon. good prices, fast delivery, courteous competent service always. Courier picked up a bag on Friday for return, free of charge, the money has already gone into my bank! I try to deal with them whenever possible.

I think the prices they are asking are beyond ridiculous. cannot compete even with Waitrose, who are somewhat cheaper. The way they were cooking that poor duck looked terrible. topside of beef is quite a chewy cut and certainly not worth paying what they are asking. under £10 in supermarket.
