Mine's a built in Fagor too Mam, a bit cheaper than the likes of Neff etc but very good all the same. I also tried a portable one (just one ring) it wasn't as good as the Fagor a bit more complicated to use, it was a Palson Miami and I think I got it from one of the shopping telly channels.

I've got one and absolutely love it. In a way it's just like gas to use as it heats up so quickly.

I think the difference between QVC and others is that their stuff doesn't have to be sent back in pristine condition. You get your money back whatever the state, which to me is ridiculous.
