Our regular Yodel delivery driver is very good. Comes roughly the same time and if not in will leave with a neighbour and put a card through the door saying were the parcel is. Only company had a problem with is DX.

Our Hermes courier leaves a card if you are not in stating they will try again the next day. Previous courier used to just leave them by the front door.

Hermes driver delivered my rug from Next, ordered late last Friday delivered 9 am Saturday.

If I have ever returned anything to QVC I have always used the Post Office. At least you can get a proof of postage which ,imo is a lot safer.

I ordered a rug from Next Friday evening, delivered 9.00 am on Saturday. Ok paid £3.95 for next day delivery but for the price of the rug it was worth paying.
