exact same thing happened to me. I ordered 2 boxes in 1 order, got the email saying they had both been shipped via hermes, only one arrived. I called customer service who sent out a missing parcel form, then Royal Mail delivered the parcel the next day I am getting really scunnered with QVC...

It’s some system...and individual postage...just really annoys me!! Most companys now have a set postage until it gets to a certain amount then it’s free...qvc have one of the most antiquated systems out there...they will keep it though, it makes them a fortune!!!

I have ordered this TSV (saying that upfront) am a bit miffed though .. I bought a couple of the tsv before Christmas, they both had cleanser and day cream. (still paying off the easy pays) this one comes around, and all the fanfare towards the full 4 piece set on the Elemis website £158...

Wee update... I received another email from TJC yesterday, this time apologising for the mistake, they said they would arrange another gift bag to be sent. Today I received a Jiffy bag with LOADS of different sized bags! Have to say... quite impressed!.
