I'm an animal lover and agree with the points made regarding Japan. However, I have made a donation to a Cornish charity called ShelterBox, they give immediate shelter and cooking stoves, tools, and childrens' toys etc to those whose homes have been destroyed. It's a 'hands on' practical charity...

Probably anything over a size 16/18 although actual measurements of sizes varies from shop to shop these days. No way is your daughter a plus size at size 12, I'd complain to their head office.
