They always have followed the rules...they just want to appear to the public as doing the right thing and paying a bit more to appease the public and not to lose too many sales. It's up to the government to stop loop holes like this...and they don't seem to keen on the idea as they don't want...

Sometimes yes, sometimes no...still tax avoidance though. Legal though, just as most big companies do.

It's entirely legal. If it wasn't they would not be able to get away with doing it. If they couldn't do it then they could well invest less in the UK so less jobs. Getting more money from Amazon in tax won't necessarily mean more money in the UK.

So what tax do Amazon not pay? They pay everything that they need to in UK law.

What has to be remembered is that no business has to deal with a customer if they wish not to. If they want to say that you aren't allowed to buy from them anymore then that is their right. Just as you can choose to shop elsewhere.

Also shows how useless a lot of user reviews can be when people review an item they haven't even tried!!

It's up to you if you think it's worth the price or not.

Don't care if it's exclusive or not. if I like it and it's a good price then I will buy it. If it's not then I won't. If you worry people will know where you bought something then you have very little to worry about!!
