Can I watch QVC on Sky?

Hello We moved internet from virgin to Sky this week. It is Sky streaming. I can’t find QVC. ( Probably a good thing) I can see it on my I pad if necessary (!). I was missing having it on in the background when home alone and bored with radio. Thanks

I have gone for this. I upsized from a double to super king bed last autumn. Bliss. But needed all new bedding. Was looking for a lighter weight and £65 for cover, sheet and pillow cases is a great price. Green will match my sage curtains. I will sleep with the plain side of the pillow cases and...

It is qvc’s mark up which makes them this price. He probably gets less than half when you include the vat.

Poor you. I have wide feet. I have often wondered how much to get a pair of shoes especially made for my feet would be?

Agree. I have thick, curly hair which my hairdresser tames every five weeks. Most hair products on QVC are about increasing volume which I do not need. I do buy SBC shampoo because it is sulphate free and so lovely, my hairdresser says I do not need a conditioner. It lasts me five months so good...

Repetition of facts is very much the ”new” methods of teaching knowledge at the moment. I agree for many, parents are the first and best teachers. I am sorry you gained little from school but I did.

As an secondary English teacher of 35 years, I just want to defend myself and my colleagues. The curriculum is set by the government. Up to 2015, we used to teach spoken English and it was worth at least 20 percent of the final GCSE English Language. An important component was using Standard...

I so agree. I resign myself to the fact that I am trying.

I think people should know the ethics of a company. It is important to me. I avoid things made in China or unnecessarily tested on animals. I know some people do not know L’Occitane gave up their “leaping bunny” to trade with China. There are so many alternatives for shower and bathing...

I cringe when she clearly doesn’t know how to say a word. She will read every other word in the description except the one she doesn’t know. Sometimes she has a go and the BA corrects her. I expect there are a lot of words new to her vocabulary but that is what preparation is for? Also it is...

I think the skirt has not been cut correctly. Too small around hips, go up a size and will be too loose around waist. Certainly not cut for a curvy figure. When clothes are made in far East, often the same problem. Why did they go just for the bright fashion colours? What is wrong with a navy...

Yes wide leg trousers worn short above the ankles is the fashion today as my daughters tell me. My youngest (22) hasn’t worn her trousers over her ankles for two years. But this year’s trend is wide leg. The 70s and the Barbie movie are big hitters in setting the fashion trends this year. Hope...

I use my Dyson on eco drive and do my whole house with one charge. I even use boost around the litter. But I do have to remove hair from rollers once a week.

I was shocked at the price of it. I think it was made of stainless steel. I would have wanted silver for that. I have a Jade one given to me as a present.

I like bright colours. So depressing seeing everyone in blue, black and grey. I don’t believe in fashion police or trends. I wear what I like and meets the needs of my lifestyle. Wouldn’t buy Ruth’s clothing because it is made in China. I try to avoid anything made in China, very difficult but...

    Miceal Taking A Year Off

I always think he is professional and very well planned. He has all the items in order with notes and something to say or ask about the product. He is the only male presenter I watch for fashion. Switch off for Charlie and his “faux ignorance” when he has presented item lots of times. Sorry

The commercialisation of the menopause is annoying because it’s harder to find really effective products because of the increasing number of claims made on increasing number of products.

Yes there are two sexes but gender is a spectrum. I avoid discussions about the trans community on social media because I am a feminist, which seems to provoke anger when I defend women’s rights. Trans issues appear to be toxic atm
