I had problems last week when returning something under the DSR. I didn't receive the P&P refund, so queried it, and had a quite a stroppy email in return informing me that they had no record of any email or other communication from me stating my intention to return the item under these...
That's interesting Buttercorn. Was it the base of the nail, i.e. the half moon where the problem occurred, or was it the base of the free edge where it meets the nail bed? Just wondering as one of my nails has just split at the side where the free edge ends, near the quick:(
Perfect Formula didn't work for me either. It peeled off very quickly and did nothing to help the flaking nails. The only thing that has helped the flaking/peeling nails on a long term basis is Nailtiques Protein Formula 2. It's expensive, but my nails have never looked this good before. I...
Quite a few forum members have had this experience dragongoch. I've tried to post a link to one of the threads on the subject, hope it works:)

DSR i.e. Distance Selling Regulations means that when you buy anything online or by phone, sight unseen, you are entitled to inspect the merchandise and if you are not satisfied you can return it to the vendor in a new and unused condition, with original packaging and request that they refund...
Found them here DD. Blimey, they are cheaper and look exactly the same:)

Didn't work for me. Looks nice initially, but peels off very quickly especially if you put your hands in warm water (even when wearing rubber gloves). I think I've tried every product on the market for problem weak and peeling nails and found nothing that worked long term, until, as a last...
Me too Strato. I was particularly underwhelmed by it and generously gave it to my daughter. One very expensive stick blender imho, I bought the top of the range silverline one thinking it would be amazing but sadly no:(
Four men have lost their lives over the last weekend within a 5 mile radius of where I live, each completely avoidable and tragically wasted in my opinion. The two soldiers in training should have been monitored much more closely given the extreme heat and I hope their superiors have to answer...
Totally agree with everyone else, they look dreadful unless they're ironed. I've noticed that the quality is nowhere as good as it used to be and have found the most recent sets I've bought have pilled whereas the older ones are still perfect. I'd definitely look at the sales on Yves Delorme etc.
Yes, it does come off. At the back of the handle just below the part where the two parts join, there is a hole with a criss cross piece of plastic inside. Stick a pen in there and give it a push and then pull the top of the handle. It should come out easily.

I'm sorry to hear that mizzimi. I think their policy must have changed recently as when I had a reaction to beauty product a year or so ago, I rang and asked them if this was to be expected during early days of using the cream and whether or not I should continue to use it, they immediately...
I bought the PY neck trainer off Ebay for just a couple of pounds. It gave me a bad neck and aching jaw, but unfortunately, my double chin and loose skin are still looking back at me in the mirror.:giggle: I did persevere with it for about a month using it daily and I think I would have...
Check out the reviews on Amazon!! Quite a few saying that hair just gets tangled around the brushes and stops the vacuum operating properly. Apparently it takes 10 minutes to cut off the hair after every use. I was tempted myself but with two hairy monsters and hard floors downstairs I've...
Ring them and tell them at customer services and they'll send you a prepaid label if you've had an adverse reaction. They'll also refund your original p&p.
