A friend of mine has used LE shampoo for years and loved it. She recently bought some more, and says that it has been reformulated. The tube looks different to the old one, more like the C&P tube now. She said it has left her hair feeling dreadful, sticky and dry, and has stripped colour. So...

I tried the skin repair cream in Boots at the weekend. Yuk! it has that same horrible smell that the original one used to have. I had to scrub the back of my hand to remove it. :sick:

The Elemis rose oil is quite nice to use, but other than that, didn't actually do much. Has anyone tried the Clarins Double Serum?

I remember L'Oreal getting into trouble a few years ago. Their mascara ads showed long thick lashes, the ad claimed this was the effect of using whatever mascara it was then. It turned out to be lash inserts placed among the model's own lashes, very misleading if you didn't know this.

Hi Mr M, can you tell me if the EH oil leaves a greasy film on skin? I use her cleansing balm, and that is fab.

If it is that set then yes, I know because I had that set for Christmas....minus the cleansing balm add on of course.

Just watched the first 5 mins of the 4pm show, AY presenting so switched off. I remember Julia saying ages ago, when AY saw her using Clinique products in the dressing room, she threw them in the bin! Now of course, they are an iconic brand etc etc :rolleyes:

Didn't watch last night's launch, but switched on 10 mins into the 11'o clock hour this morning. The first words I heard were Keeley saying "this is suitable for all genders" :rolleyes: I switched off immediately.

AY presenting the 11o'clock hour, good grief, she said the word gender so many times I lost count! She was annoying me so much that I only lasted half an hour, even though the lovely Irish lady was the guest. Shut up about genders!!! it is already beyond a joke 🤬

Don't worry, you may be perfectly fine with it. It took about 4 days for the breakout to appear, so maybe if you at least try it for a few days, and see how you go.

Yes, I love PCMC and have used it for years, but when I tried the SPF version a few years ago, I ended up with quite a bad breakout. Mainly around nose cheeks and chin, and took ages to go. It's put me off ever trying it again.

Isn't that yellow moisturiser's main ingredient mineral oil? or have they changed it? A cheap ingredient anyway, and looking at the staff on Clinique counters........🤐

Yes I remember that. Prescriptives had some lovely products, including that perfume Calyx. I didn't mind her too much in the early days, but can't be doing with her now, and her voice grates.

I use Emma Hardie cleansing balm, not cheap I know, but it really is the best and suits my skin better than anything else. I always think that if you use every drop of a product, even if not cheap, you are not wasting money.

Their Phomollient is the best styling product I've ever used. Yes it's been reformulated, so not as good as it was originally :rolleyes: but it is still the best when compared to what else is out there.
