That's not what happened. She did NN on Q for 18 years and then she got told they were bringing in someone else to do NN. Susie herself explained this on her social media.

She then returned after a while to do some kitchen/food items.

I have a foam topper and a feather topper with a padded mattress protector on top. Have this combination for many many years.

I love my NN featherbed. I was tempted by this one but it looked rather soft to me, especially when the BA did that stomach churning squishing of the product she always does. I don’t why but that always sets me on edge! Anyhoo, the squishiness made it look about as firm as a duvet.
