Part 5: Peanut server...
Glad to see your treasured gift has come in useful
He will get upset as he can't tolerate any criticism whatsoever by anyone. Remember the Worry Angels Mike? When people acused you of preying on the vulnerable? You didn't like that either did you? Nothing has changed since then has it Market Stall Mike.Good Morning Mike(of the Masons) and your Ego,
We know you and the goddess read this forum. This is a letter to you as you are probably lying in bed with the goddess, drinking a glass of wine and having a giggle at our observations Mike.
But,Michael,we are deadly serious. Rather than lying in bed and lying on tv and counting your dosh how about cleaning up your ‘act’.
These underhand and dubious sales tactics of yours i.e pressure selling and preying on the old, needy and vulnerable.
Just be honest(yes! That’s a word… ‘honest’ look it up).
The old ‘it’s a tenner’ yes ‘a tenner’ is a lot of money to some but you make it sound like nothing (great sales pitch..Not!)
We all want a bargain of course and maybe one day you will have a bargain. No problem with that. But respect your audience to make an informed choice, and Respect is a word you’re not familiar with. No humility at all. Your ego is far too big for that!
On this forum we laugh at you but not because you’re funny. You think you’re funny but not in the same sense. You come across as a prize twerp(a mild description).
You call yourself Mike of the Masons picked from this forum..but,Michael, we use it in a derogatory way not as you believe.
Nobody loves ya Moyke(maybe the Goddess and your Bank Manager)
Nowt wrong with a salesman but do it ethically. How would you sell to your parents/Grandparents etc. Try to be truthful occasionally ok?.
Thanks for reading and one day when you’re older you may look back at yerself and the time when you saw the light!
I turned on while they were on plinky plonky music, and the clip they shown, he was shakingPainful to watch him shaking like a leaf struggling to work the blender.
You have a Ninja knife.
I always wonder if it nerves or he has an illness that causes the shakes?Painful to watch him shaking like a leaf struggling to work the blender.
Perhaps they’ll think we’ll buy stuff from Chef Mark out of sympathy. Nothing would put it past this shower of *****.He goes into almost a blind panic when something goes wrong. It is desperate to watch him putting more importantly himself, but also the viewers through his inner struggles. It also doesn’t sell the product very well to see the chef expert having an anxiety attack trying to make it work. That guy John Campbell…Did a great job. No fancy cooking stories from the past. He got on with it and was hugely professional in doing so. Just the person they need to competently demonstrate kitchen products. I doubt he’d want to work at such a place. Equally, in that jobs for your family or your mates culture they seem to encourage there, I doubt they would even ask him.
I wondered that too. As somebody who has suffered from social anxiety, I see that in him, rather than some sort of physical illness Though, I may be completely wrong, obviously. I think he is trying to verbally present himself as a confident, assured and capable culinary individual. Other non-verbal signs in him bring that persona into question for me. Non-verbals are always key.I always wonder if it nerves or he has an illness that causes the shakes?
Same here. I only caught a glimpse of it with Gen, but couldn’t see if it was the full 300ml sizes or their 100ml travel set. If the latter it’s £28 on the MB website. I’m of the same opinion as you, I won’t buy from IW because of their shady selling methods (and that’s being polite!).Would honestly be happier to pay significantly more elsewhere for the Molton Brown gift sets, rather than ever give these people my money.
