Talking about enjoying being pulled over (pulled off more like) by the Police in his Robin Reliant!!! Ferrari, more like.
Does it even exist nowadays
Faux fur (again)..... sold out says Emma. Thought she was a watch guru
They pick their own version of the truth on this and other similar types of shopping channels. Essentially, for me, it goes back to their ethos of how to choose to present goods to the market they believe they are selling to. I’ve watched more than enough of this version of Ideal World to see the patronising, hard information free, wildly scaremongering and generally disingenuous way they to choose to do this, and to see quite clearly, their low opinion view of their typical buyer, which probably can be summed up as follows:-Here we go, more scaremongering about car skimming - so you have to buy a RFID wallet from IW.
The overwhelming view from real experts - "RFID credit cards are considered safe to use, and credit card fraud using RFID readers is rare and difficult to do".
As we've said numerous times before, modern day Del Boy's and snake oil salesmen, that's all they are. They pick their own version of the truth on this and other similar types of shopping channels. Middle Aged or Older
Unskilled in using the Internet
Gullible in general
Settling regularly for a poor deal for want of knowing how to get a better one elsewhere
In other words….MUGS….
It is so dispiriting to see a company openly tolerating selling in this often fears and insecurities inducing way. Or probably more accurately..a grubby little cabal of shopping television presenters, pretty much at free rein it seems, to do exactly what they choose to do selling wise..
Can’t stand him. I was channel hopping last night and he happened to be on. “Just buy just buy”. Does he ever - ever - finish a sentence. I wanted to scream. I always thought Ideal World was just a con selling cheap tat at exorbitant prices and a premium premium rate phone line but even at that it was just a notch above Bid. I can’t believe TJC thought it was a good idea to buy it. Mi d, they’re going down the pan faster than a you know what also. Another hugely irritating presenter was that women on Gems. Can’t remember her name but she’s been for ever. Never ever finishes a sentence either. Plump and always showing mountains of flesh and flicking her hair. I think she’s still there but I never watch anymore. They used to sell fairly good quality stuff. Last time I looked they were trying to kid everyone that very ordinary semi precious stones you’ve never heard of were actually jewels in the real sense of the word. And then there’s QVC and Ruth Langsford ……………………Just been watching Peter Thompson aka Dirty Peter with Chef Paul selling the all new singing and dancing Actifry. I had to turn over. The inuendo....'we don't like pink do we crew, we like something a little darker' then licks his lips uke: there were lots more and bear in mind this is dinner time. It's in the gutter this channel with the likes of him.
He picks up a compote dessert that's been made in the actifry, poured over ice cream and meringue. He says he's never seen anything quite like it and certainly never eaten it before as he couldn't afford it!!!!!!!!! He then proceeds to shovel it into his dirty gob, purposely, so he gets it all over his face.
Yep, as someone said before, he's bought his ACT along with him and it's as disgusting as ever it was........yuk!
Think that’s Adina. The woman whose dresses look as if they’re going to have a wardrobe malfunction at any moment and also looks “grubby”.Can’t stand him. Oh no another mistake at Ideal World.Shouldn't have been giving the complimentary 5 in 1 manual food processor away with the Salter steamer. Can't see how it's a mistake it's only worth a fiver.

Just heard about Shop Unlimited Live on Facebook. Evidently tonight they’re selling Vostok Watches. I think it’s on at 9 but not sure. Wonder what watches and prices they’re selling and how they compare to IW. Might have a butcher’s to see what’s on offer.
Ostrichkeeper, keep your eye out as I hear that Ostrich balm is coming to Ideal WorldWhat's going on? He's off again on one.

Wonder how many hips she’ll have replaced according to Patio Pete?Talking of Emu balm the other night it seems y’all missed Pete telling us that Muriel is buying as she recently had a replacement hip. Now that’s interesting as he will need a good memory because you all know that to tell lies you need a really good memory and as we know he contradicts himself so often..
Poor Muriel (aka Peter)
