That’s the best I’ve ever heard from these shysters!
A Renata battery code being read as a movement number!
Plonkers!
🤣🤣

Yeah, but you expect that from the idiots at IW, what's much, much worse is that's what listed on the Christophe Duchump site, a legendary Swiss watchmaker with over 30 years watchmaking experience before he flitted to the UK. :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

As Jessie & Janice have said, if anyone knows ALL about watches it's Christophe Duchamp. :ROFLMAO:

The Raidillon (amongst many others) can be yours today for just £242.99 which compares directly to Ideal World's price of £499.99: At SportPursuit

Not seen Chef Mark lately. Would be good to see him firing up the ovens again….View attachment 30100
Maybe Joe is going to be their resident chef as his stint with Create and Craft is likely over. I like Joe but will miss Michelin Mark but only for the entertainment value and not his gastrointestinal delights🤣

That's a more reasonable price for a Far East assembled watch with a Seiko NH72a movement from TMI in Hong Kong. The IW prices are high but the Duchump RRPs are obscene.
Duchamp are fairly new to the market and an unknown quantity for the vast majority of watch buyers, so most will be taken in by the marketing, but eventually the market will cotton on to their antics. Claiming the watches are perpetual luxury doesn't mean they are.
