Have you seen the price?I have started getting emails from Elemis telling me my Advent Calendar is waiting for me. It will be waiting for a long time. I don't buy any beauty/candle/perfume Advent Calendars.

Sorry but the Yuka app is scaremongering and pseudoscience, I don't trust it and wouldn't use it.I now use an app called Yuka which assesses food and cosmetics for how good they are for your health/skin. Pretty much all the cosmetic brands on QVC come out badly including Elemis mainly because they include a chemical called Phenoxtethanol which can cause allergic reactions. Some Elemis products also contain microplastics.
Yep, agreed. Those types of apps and influencers spouting about supposedly toxic chemicals in cosmetics on social media are utter nonsense.Sorry but the Yuka app is scaremongering and pseudoscience, I don't trust it and wouldn't use it.
Is it a free app, Iām a cheapskate.I'd rather be aware of potential downsides of chemicals that I am putting on to my skin which is where the Yuka app is helpful.

It's a free app if all you want is to scan your product's barcode to see a list of its ingredients and how "harmful" or not they could potentially be. If you want to search for products without knowing their barcode then you need to be a premier member which is a donation of I think Ā£5-Ā£15 a year.Is it a free app, Iām a cheapskate.
