I'm sorry I know many of you like Alex and think he is a cut above but this morning he drops a bowling ball on a goose pillow and of course it dips in the middle. Wow!

We are supposed to be amazed at this. Well, I could drop a heavy weight onto any pillow and it will do the same.

The man is just as big a bullshi**er as the rest of them.

And his advice that goose feathers don't poke through is rubbish. I have personal experience of this.

Of course Lindsay says the goose price is a goof. So is she. The trappy mare...

I'd better shut up now...

He has a thankless task - I've seen him imploring viewers to buy all sorts of pillows.
You wouldn't be able to get near the bed if you "ad a buy" of them all.
This guy is now different from any of them - he'd try to sell his granny and tell you she's available on four flexis

Talking of grannies, one of mine is called Muriel (yes I know) and she is an avid viewer of Sooty and Sweep(Peter and Mike). She loves the camaraderie and feels a sense of belonging knowing she’s one of Mikes ‘gang’(don’t we all?).
She buys just about anything, money no object lashing out on quality goods ranging from anything between £1.99-£9.99..My other grannie,Margaret, was also a favourite of Uncle Peter and was always mentioned until Muriel got hooked..in fact here she is in her inflatable View attachment 29656kayak

Oh my Lord… I walk in, turn on the telly, and it’s that ghastly omnipresent, materialistic, screeching Mancunian woman, surrounded by tat. Time for Bullseye…Or Family Fortunes from 1986…

Been having a wee break with the appearance of Varney, but turned out a few minutws ago and it's Dr Foghorn going on about gardens in our stomachs.

Why is she not employed by the NHS, why is such a fountain of medical knowledge and expertise going to waste on a shopping channel.:ROFLMAO:

I love the way she keeps saying "I'm not a qualified medical professional". If she were would she be flogging dreadful baggy clothes that could double up as accommodation for Glastonbury (other camping festivals are available)

Obviously I know they have to say that as they could get into trouble (probably not though...)

There is a well-known comedy/drama series called Shameless. Not one of my favourites but the title could be taken by IW.

Last night Yiannis and Madam Natalia of Du Lally cooked up a story between them as far fetched as any I've ever heard.

The premise is that the £389.99 red led light-up belt could be used to get one's stomach back into shape as effectively as regular sessions in the gym. In fact they compared the near £400 cost of the wonder belt to an annual subscription to a gym. Yiannis promised this was so as he could never lie to us.

Now I have been amused by Pete the Cheat and Marketstall Mike, slightly less so by Jeremy the Desperate and have come to expect wild exaggerations from them. But now it has spread across the whole channel and when the likes of Nutty Natalia and Yiannis the Yawn spout such outrageous claims and comparisons one wonders where it will end.

This forum has been going since 2014 with some of the original contributors still going strong. I admire their longevity, persistence and wit. Some have contacted the ASA and I have complained directly to IW CS. We just get platitudes in reply. Ever decreasing circles? (Great programme that).

Must admit I’m not a great fan of Alex either..a bit ‘slimy’..but overall a decent chap inherently and I reckon a bit meek and probably gets embarrassed by Peter/Mikes antics but he is trying to earn his crust and possibly errs more on the side of truth…albeit that 1 of the best pillows endorsed by Which? Is £10 from John Lewis.. and GX don’t get a rating🤔

Ideal World have just been in touch with me as I’ve just imported hundreds of Zyxnxzwygwyzzx (well known Chinese brand which they can rebrand as Homesmart) inflatable air fryers.. not just any old inflatable air fryers though..
These come with lights, alarms and Bluetooth capability..

Yes on a cold dark winter morning taking dog for a walk just pack the inflatable air fryer and when you get accosted asking about your valuable ideal world watch and a demand to know which fragrance you’re wearing..just sound the alarm and shine those incredible bright lights in their face…then off they scarper..and you can then listen to your fav music via the Bluetooth .

Use it under the stairs,in the attic, shed ( other dark places can be found) but be careful when you fry in it..not too hot..

No direct/indirect comparison available, believe it or not and priced at ONLY £1.99 YES £1.99 on 199 flexis…plus( in tiny print) £1,999 p&p…the mugs will all fall for this..

The presenters can then joke ‘they’re frying out’….ho friggin ho..

Talking of screeching mancunian women and in celebration of the wonderwall er wonderful news about oasis I offer this little film:
