I don’t believe that anyone has EVER paid £12,000 for these devices. Surely that’s a RRP? And yes, they cost very little to make so it’s generating massive profits for the one Israeli guy behind the whole thing.

Ahh, not much point in having then unless it's to make people think they can use/try something and then get the £ back.

I imagine some silly orange Essex type with way more money than sense would.
 
Just had a look at the Reviews online on and it seems very much the hard sell if you are unfortunate enough to find yourself in an Opatra Salon, or indeed, walking by. Constant high pressure sales tactics and larger discounts to make you purchase. Reminds me of the double glazing salesmen, back in the day, who would do anything for a sale. I now wonder if any of the staff in the Opatra Salons have recognised beauty qualifications, or are they sales staff on commission.

But then, that's the beauty industry in a nutshell. Adverts are always made with teenage to late 20something models (or overCGId celebs), and not 70something women.

It was a bit ‘Handbags at Dawn’ this morning between Natalia and Marianne just before 09.00. I don’t know what Natalia said, but Marianne was not happy. There was a bit of bickering and Marianne said to Natalia ‘That’s a bit racist!’ Natalia tried to back pedal and make a joke if it, and mentioned that Marianne was being mean. Marianne then said that she was only going to work with Lindsay. Natalia then appealed to the gallery and said ‘See, she’s being mean’ . I had to leave not long after that. I wonder what I missed?

On a related topic, how do I stop these ridiculous clickbait articles that get sent by Opera news and Google news that redirect to uk press sites that write a whole article about a fake comedy walkout by a gmtv presenter, starting off as if it was real, later revealing it was a joke.

So annoying.
 
I watched some of that show this morning. Natalia has become a tad childish. Playing up to the camera. I prefer to listen and watch what Marianne has to say. It's all about Natalia reading out comments from people who say she's beautiful. There were times she spoke over Marianne who was trying to demonstrate the product. I did smidgen Marianne reminded her that she is younger. I like Marianne. Sadly I think Natalia has become very self absorbed.
