Other than Rob, essentially, they are all as disingenuous as one another. Mason, I guess, stands out more because of his cockney, loud, in yer face, persona and general arrogance in style. Others, like this Morgan guy are as bad, but play the nice, humble, I would never lie to you type. They do this as they tell the poor, gullible, hapless saps watching that a 30 quid watch is worth 300. Simon, on the other hand, doesn’t even try to hide the inaccuracy of what he is telling you.
Up there with the top shifty shysters is Morgs! Not to be trusted - smarmy gobshyte doesn't come close.

I certainly wouldn’t trust the devices that they have sold that allegedly do monitor blood pressure. If you must do it yourself then get yourself a decent blood pressure watch which will cost you several hundred pounds, or get an Omron blood pressure monitor. Log the results a couple of times a day via their app, and any concerns flagged up report to your GP would probably be the best pathway.

I've no idea why Yan kept mentioning blood pressure. Nowhere on screen did it say blood pressure monitoring and no mention of it on the full description of the ring on the website. You can't just say things like that. He was making it up as he was going along.

Yep I was there selling rubik cubes which could be completed in 3 moves to make you look like a genius.

Then there were the novelties like light-up bow ties, hula hoop fitness rings to swing around your waist, yapping toy puppies, gargoyle garden ornaments and many more. They flew out of my suitcase into the hands of the grateful British public and then flew back in when PC Plod arrived.

Great days. Long before shopping telly sold the very same stuff.
I bought a rubik cube from one such seller just up from John Lewis. Reckon it was duff as I could never solve it, it might have been me though as my 7 year old nephew did it in about 30 seconds. 🤣

This ‘It’s a Mistake’ wrong price routine has got to be stopped by the ASA. It is sickening to watch. Let me tell you: the only time they ever have made a mistake with a too low a price on a screen graphic, it is removed quicker than you can say CONNING PEOPLE.
Most of us will have witnessed when they genuinely get a price wrong. The act gets dropped and, in a genuinely serious voice, the presenter will say something like 'give us a second, we'll get the price on screen sorted for you.'

Their bullsh1t knows no bounds. I suppose someone might fall for it if they watched approx. 1 minute of their output every few years. Otherwise it's tediously obvious what they're doing.

Rob is the only decent salesperson on the channel, be better off moving to a more respected channel, QVC maybe, the rest are either woefully ignorant on the products or are out and out shysters and a few are definitely both. ;)
He's like a square peg in a round hole on there, far, far superior to the lot of them

We only see and hear this:

How many left?
Right folks these are flying out!
Grab 'em while you can!!
Deary me, Internet in meltdaaaaaaaan!!!

I suspect (and I'm not joking) what's really happening is more along these lines (italics is the person in the gallery speaking to Mike through his earpiece)

How many left?
How many what left? Leave me alone, I'm watching Eastenders!
Right folks, these are flying out!
Flying out? We've sold 3 in the last 25 minutes!
Grab 'em while you can!!
Eh? We've got 2534 of them left in stock?
Deary me, Internet in meltdaaaaaaaan!!!

It is the abject lack of respect these antics show they have for those watching - complete contempt, even. They must believe they are trying to sell to the lowest common denominator in life. People so gullible and ridiculous that they will fall for this ludicrous tactic time and time again. Would they do this to their own mums and dads? Grandparents? Equally would they be upset if somebody else did similar to them? Similar to what Ideal World is doing on a sadly too regular basis?

Another ridiculous line is "congratulations if you get one". Congratulations? Who wants to be congratulated on parting with hard-earned cash for an ugly leatherette bag or a bottle of coloured bog water?
"The phone lines have gone crazy and I'm not surprised" = somebody's crazy enough to have bought one.........Violet, Muriel, Agnes, Gemma, Michelle, Agatha, Ethel's in

That clip of Simon blowing his top on air which led to his suspension on Ideal World a few years back seems to have vanished from the face of the earth. If you do get to see it, you will certainly get a chance to see a much more bad tempered side to his personality.
Someone from outside posted it on YouTube. I heard someone in IW management found the video, reported it for copyright infriengement and it was taken down. Shame, really.

Peter's intro's seem to be falling flat these days. No one applauds him as he walks on to the catwalk, yesterday they faded his intro music completely down as i watched him awkwardly appear on the catwalk greeted by a silent studio. I don't think these intros are needed these days. They were fun on bid tv.
It's a bit pathetic really. And also a lot of work for the one person who's having to set that up and operate it. They never sound or look good and they're a bit self serving, don't you think?
