Debbie F mentioned in her blog she was doing the TSV for the printer on Tuesday :)

Boffy i got the former HP printer from Q and its brill and easy to use, and i even changed the colour
thing myself. No problems with it, and it does photos also. Brill IMO

I have a hp multifunction printer from 3 years ago and it is still going strong, think i paid £199 for it, but it was nicer looking and better built than todays TSV.
Best part about it , it's inks cost £4.99 for a full set on Ebay :)
The TSV costs £25 for a full set of ink and they are not the high yield ones.

thanks sb what model number is that thanks.
I think it was the previous TSV. Looks similar to that, will check and see if i can get model number. Even me who is no good technically can print things from it. My son set it up and then i just use it. He can print things from his phone on it

My one is model 6510 , so it must have been the previous one , as i thought. It was £99 i think. Brilliant

Lenovo Ideapad Yoga 13 touchscreen ultrabook

This is a tsv this sunday, 20 January. A convertible laptop/tablet, it seems quite an attractive machine. The i7 4GB model is available at pcworld for £999.99. It is 128 SSD so is, comparitively, quite small. Storage is via sugarsync cloud. Has anyone had any experience with this model, and with any form of cloud storage? I would like an ultrabook, but I don't really think a grand is viable for such a machine. Just think what a high spec laptop that kind of money would buy you. I somehow cannot see the Q making great sales if they are selling it at the same price as pcworld, even though it will be on easy pay. Never had a Lenovo product, but have heard good things about the brand.

I've got an HP printer at work and I could chuck the damned thing out the window. It's a printer, copier and scanner. Prints perfectly but the noise!! It's like a demented woodpecker. It cleans the print head after every print and sometimes before. If someone prints when I'm on the phone I can't hear a ruddy thing. It's a Photosmart something or other and its a known fault I've discovered since I bought the thing.

wierd thing is that one is not showing as a TSV yet and the one ive posted is sayin TSV

Lenovo tsv

The tsv for 20/01/2013 was supposed to ne a lenovo ideapad convertible ultrabook. Now said item is on QVC, but at QVC price, and the tsv is yet another laptop, an i3 lenovo. Why is this? Probably couldn't get a keen enough deal on the ideapad. Shame, I was looking forward to QVC having an ultrabook as a tsv. But another laptop? Surely everyone who needs one has had plenty of chances, even just these lst couple of months on QVC, to get one?

lenovo is one of the few laptops the computer boys like and are not made in china so are good quality.

the ideapad was never going to be a TSV as it did not say TSV when i found it unlike the laptop did

well the laptop tsv is on

15.6" £463.00 (TSV) £399.96
17.3" £510.00 (TSV) £441.96

Where are they made?

And a bit of an odd comment to say that they are good quality because they are not made in China when Lenovo themselves are a Chinese company.

i can only say i was informed by a major computer company engineer that the best laptops are lenovo and toshiba and apple if you don't agree that's fine .

It's not if I agree or disagree just asking where they are made as you said they were not made in China
