What a massive waste of time. The whole night was almost entirely made up of the Scottie Show. Hardly any auctions (something like 3-4 per hour), what was available were a few high end pieces (not special prices) and a couple of £1 drops that were so manky they weren't worth the effort of phoning and certainly not the postage. There was one £1 drop that particularly sticks in my mind, as there was only one and it took a while for someone to come in for it. I thought the system had gone down - lol.
It must have cost them far more to run the nightshift than they can possibly have made in sales. Unless you're in love with Scottie, like listening to customers on the phone saying how wonderful Gems are or texts of the same ilk, you ain't missing anything.
Gems just don't seem able to find a balance any longer. If it's not sell, sell, sell then it's all jolly japes and no sales. Very odd. I'd have done far better to watch telly-telly.
The only reason I stayed awake was because I had deliberately not taken my sleeping tab, expecting lots of buzz and to spend loadsamoney. If I don't take it, I literally don't sleep a wink but if I take it too late it messes me up for the next day. Guess what I'm doing tonight! Same as you. xxx

Yeah, I did Klos but it was gold. It doesn't matter though as I already had a match for that.
I watched until quite late last night as it was much better with Lynn there. The whole thing was much faster and very funny, I would've stayed up but had taken me pill so dropped off around 2.00 with the phone still tightly plugged into me lug'ole. xxx

I turned over to Gems to have a looksee at the marathon and the new set, (wasnt that long ago it was done) and it was a double presenter show, Adina and one of the new girls, and they were raving about the price of their white gold necklaces, and even my husband commented about how cheesy the presentation was coming across as, so that was it for me, all of 5 minutes, and it put me off. Who at gems towers come up with the idea that what we the watchers are really missing out on, is gemstv live 24 hours a day? and it was only recently that the sets were revamped.

Makes me wonder what idiot changed the set in the first place and now it is changed back to something similar to what it was. Now we can also see the camera people again.
