Something I believe we've asked ourselves previously. Yesterday, whilst presenting an hour of the "Naturally Yours" range, Steve explained to us that the reason this range hasn't sold well is that the presenters won't present it, as it costs too much to make and there is too small a profit margin. Que? Who's running the show then? One would assume from this that the presenters are on a commission then, but, please someone correct me if I'm wrong, hasn't this been denied? If they are on a commission or some sort of profit share/reward scheme I have no problem at all with that. However, if they are then it shouldn't be denied. Naturally, I wouldn't expect details but surely we are entitled to know that presenters have an interest? This would explain (but not excuse) some of the behaviour.
By the way, I can't speak for all the items, but I'm sure none of you will be surprised to learn that for at least two items (which I can be certain of as I bought them myself in late January) went for the same price as previously. I love them both which are much admired (I now have a couple more in my basket), but once again this brings serious doubt about the authenticity of "clearance" which Steve persists in referring to as "sales". <a href="http://plugin.smileycentral.com/http%253A%252F%252Fwww.smileycentral.com%252F%253Fpartner%253DZSzeb008%255FZNxpt484YYGB%2526i%253D7%252F7%255F18%255F4%2526feat%253Dprof/page.html" target="_blank"><img src="http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/7/7_18_4.gif" alt="SmileyCentral.com" border="0"><img border="0" src="http://plugin.smileycentral.com/http%253A%252F%252Fimgfarm%252Ecom%252Fimages%252Fnocache%252Ftr%252Ffw%252Fsmiley%252Fsocial%252Egif%253Fi%253D7%252F7_18_4%2526uiv%253D3.0/image.gif"></a> xxxxxxxxx
