what was the Christmas easy pay code? have lost mine!!!

Hi all you lovely people, I got a triple easy pay code in a QVC Christmas card and have chucked it out with the recycling. Now I have decided to use it to get some new boots as mine have started to give up the ghost in all this wet weather. Want to use the code so was wondering of any of you can help me and also when does it run out? any tips on boot brands from Q gratefully received too
