Had problems with steam generator iron which was returned in August. Got nowhere ringing off-shore Customer "Services????". Number of e-mails later received number to call Customer Relations, spoke to John today who arranged refund within minutes. What a difference being able to speak to somebody in this country who can make a decision makes.
