Website Problems ?

Has anyone else had a problem signing in on the website. I haven't been able to access my account since yesterday lunchtime,
Customer services told me they had a problem earlier but it had been rectified. Not for me I'm afraid. I don't think it's my end
as I've tried signing in on two different computers, still no luck ..
