Here are this weeks ASA Complaints against Sit Up - 1 Upheld.

It's a rather typical one, yet again exaggerating the heritage of a brand.

Here is the official announcement from The Advertising Standards Authority confirming their decision to refer Sit-Up Ltd to OFCOM for repeated breaches of the UK Code of Broadcast Advertising.

It's odd that they were nobbled (and rightly so) on Oskar Emil but got away with it for months on end with Earnshaw
which is an even bigger scandal.
Just caught a bit of Peter Sherlock and Frumpy on together-they looked and sounded awful,really knocked for six by today's news.
