.....And they know people don't want the hassle of speaking to someone in an Indian call centre either, funny how they don't offer us a simple email service, I'm sure they could if they wanted!
I've still got a trolley jack indoors that I need to return, I ordered a memory card btw! So I can just fill in the returns slip and send it back, but it'll cost me money to do so, but I'll have to speak to somebody in order to reclaim that money, and to make sure that my refund includes the cost of the original postage and packaging. I'm so fed up with them. I'm still waiting for a refund on a throw they conveniently forgot to send me, I filled in a claim form, but they reckon I haven't returned it, so I'm now waiting for another one to be sent.
But do you know what? They could give us a decent little discount channel, but they clearly don't want to. It seems to me all they want to do is make money (like all businesses, of course) but prefer to do it by using as much skullduggery as they can get away with. It wouldn't surprise me if they didn't have a "scam team" working upon new ways of misleading and hoodwinking viewers.
Just look at them.
Bid up, price drop, pricedropper, speed auction..why ffs? - they're all selling the same crap. If they're going to have separate channels have them for specialist merchandise like crafting, or gardening
I really wish someone braver than me would get TS or Watchdog on the case!
