I had a hysterectomy and ovaries removed and gyne  put me straight onto HRT and it has really helped me. Never really suffered from hot flushes more so brain fog and mood ect each to their own but I think it has made a huge difference to my health. A lot of people are using menopause to sell products which is wrong even younger women starting HRT early because so called experts like Davina McCall have told them too which caused major shortages.
