Seriously, Miles is one in a million. What a man! :up:

You rarely find somebody that's so dedicated, works all the hours that anybody could possibly do, remains cheerful and doesn't just go the extra mile but goes the extra few miles on top of that!

It takes A LOT to impress me but Miles continually delivers. It's so refreshing and since we (as a nation) are the quickest to criticise when things go wrong I thought it might be nice to show my appreciation!

Sue I think the issue about treatments is that Miles has to speak to the buyers (and I don't believe they come back to him very quickly). It's a shame that they don't have the info on file for each piece of jewellery because it would save so much time overall. I believe that GemsTV used to have this (albeit in Thailand) so it must be possible.

For general CS queries and assistance Miles comes into his own because he has the ability to deliver - and isn't dependent on others.
