QVC has to be the worst company I deal with on line or anywhere else!
I ordered a pair of Arte d'Oro earrings on easypay, then read the reviews, which were terrible, so cancelled. Account shows item cancelled, but they still have taken the money from my card! I have written asking for an explanation, not had a reply 24 hours later. Spoke to CS - kept me hanging on for ages with no sensible reply.
I also ordered the Liz Earle 5 piece set on advanced orders but see that that is now cancelled without giving me any notification.
I only buy from them occasionally now, their 'fashion' is a real travesty altho I have bought the Bob Mackie fleece jacket, which is quite smart, but the material is quite coarse.
