At the moment I seem to have more than my fair share of returns to QVC due to faulty products. 2 recent returns have not yet shown on my account and am concerned. A fair amount of money involved. On ringing customer services I was told I would have to wait at least 3 weeks before they could even consider starting a trace for the items. That is crazy, they said it was to give their warehouse time to book them in
