Removing printer ink

Anyone got any tips for removing printer ink from fingers? Just put on my RCM new colour and the printer decided to start jamming the paper up. In removing the jam I've got cyan ink all round my fingers and scrubbing with soap is not removing it. Thanks in anticipation!

Try bleach.

Or wd 40 , yes I'm serious.

If you happen to have any head and shoulders shampoo, try that.

My hairdresser keeps a bottle to use for removing any spilt hair dye or stains.

Thanks both of you. I'll try the bleach first. The WD 40 is in the garage and it's cold out there! Will have a go after the penguins.

Try baby oil or any other oil. Kinder than bleach and it should work.

WD40 has loads of uses apart from lubrication, so I would NOT be surprised if it works.

Did you get the ink off FP? If so what did you use?

Decided to wait until this morning to see if any more came off when I showered. It was only left right around 3 nails and underneath 2 so I used a cotton bud with some bleach as I haven't any cuts that would sting. It has improved the appearance so that you wouldn't think I have sky blue fingers but not gone completely especially under the nail. I am off for my swim, jaccuzzi, sauna and steam at the health club so I'm hoping that will sweat it out! If not I will try the WD40 when I get back.

Steam and sauna have not removed it so I will try WD40 in the morning.
