Sophie, she was a Director of the three sisters original company, looks like it's the mother that is now the sole Director of the new company selling the LAB products, probably cause the old one is in Compulsory liquidation after a court order for it to be wound up.
The business world is amazing, kids start a business, lose heaps of money, get forced into liquidated, get parent to start new business (selling same products) with a new loan and off we go again.
