Someone must have had a brainwave, noticed they had them after the Laura Ashley alloy crap, which made the Duchamp watches look like luxury watches in comparison. 
As much as i dislike Duchamp, at least it's made from some decent enough quality materials although not the perpetual luxury as claimed, but the Laura Ashley you're only paying for the name, take the name off and you could give those watches away in xmas crackers.
