Yes. But a hound with no teeth isn’t very effective at getting shopping channels to behave themselves. The strategy is flawed by design. Anybody with any sense of the streetwise can see that. Unfortunately, old ladies and gentlemen not too Net savvie probably have made decisions to buy based upon it.
