QVC are a joke, they sell over-priced tat, conjure up ridiculous assertions, invent made-up prices and deliver non-existent customer service, thank God for buying on a credit card, I finally got a refund for a product that never arrived (Snapshot SX camera), although they claim it was delivered and signed for.
An 9intelligable squiggle is not a signature and my credit card company ruled in my favour and refunded me the £240 my wife spent on a camera for our niece (which I subsequently found was on the high street for £160) at at store that rhymes with Slurries.
How this company trades is beyond belief, I have sent a complaint to OFCOM & my MP and I implore every member of this website to boycott this charlatan company.
I found this website whilst Googling for QVC scam, and after just 20 minutes reading a few threads it would appear QVC are utter charlatans, making false-claims and essentially scamming customers.
