I use baking sheets if cooking something on a flat baking tray and it really does get over the sticking thing but I'm not sure that all those wee cells wouldn't be a nightmare to get cooking fat and bits out of.

I bought some mesh stuff from the pound shop. Been using it for quite a few years. I cut some of it into a circle so that I can use it in the halogen oven. It sometimes get washed in the dishwasher

I have one of them too and use it the halogen over on the high rack for chips :mysmilie_3:
