Phone no for lost deliveries

:angry::mail: does anyone have a uk based phone number for c & c. I have a delivery that appears to be missing and as usual they are not answering emails! I have tried their tracking phone system but still no clue as to where my package is yet they have had my money for nearly 2 weeks! Any ideas would be great. Many thanks

08717 123 456 is the number on the response to an e- mail. Did not use it so I don't know if it works. I e- mailed using the address on the despatched e-mail you get - the ' you will receive within so many days, e- mail 'and had a response from CS within a couple of hours. I never ring them for anything - always use the internet.

Thanks but that's a premium rate no costing 10p a minute and goes to India. I have emailed several times with no reply. They are so frustrating. Most of my deliveries have arrived quickly yet with this one it says dispatched on the website but I haven't had any dispatch email.
