Phone charges

I think it would be much fairer if they set up a system with the phones whereby if you missed out on an item you would not be charged for the call. But since when have they ever played fair?.Creepy little Ryes was flogging Shalimar perfume for 9.99 last night but only had 9 bottles. Bet they made a fortune on callers who missed out. Did anyone see him lying on the bed cuddling one of those v-shaped pillows? Very disturbing,he looked like a wizened child. If they ever remake Chucky he'd be a shoe-in for the part
