They’re not dupes TLL, QVC and Aldi (amongst other retailers) all buy them from the same warehouse and put their own price tags on, QVC are almost nearly three or four times the price for their overheads, profits and the fact they’re just plain greedy, plus they know most people can’t be bothered to check the prices elsewhere.

It kind of is a 'dupe' (as in abbreviation for duplicates - used for mainly for product 'copies - especially in beauty and other contexts... Like Aldi does a range of candles that are dupes for Jo Malone...) as they're not identical products in this case, one has possibly copied the other (don't know which) to come in at a lower price point?

We’ll have to agree to disagree, yesterday QVC had the exact same solar lamps https://www.qvcuk.com/Luxform-Set-of-2-Solar-LED-Flame-Torches.product.517818.html?sc=PSCH as Ideal World. https://www.idealworld.tv/gb/search/solar-lamps but QVC bought there’s and called them “Luxform”. I’ve had something from QVC years ago, the identical (but not in price) garden patio set from Aldi, it was identical right down to the little sticker underneath the table with name and serial number, but it was a quartet of the price. I’m sure there are copies, like QVC copying Airfryers and calling them “Cooks Essentials” but like I say, lets agree to disagree. :mysmilie_3:
 
Take your point but my point was simply that the two items I posted are NOT the same! They are very very similar but differ in details... "Lookalikies!"
The examples you're quoting are of products which are identical and just marketed or branded differently! Which I know they do it a lot. Naughtily!
