P&P refunds

I've just seen the latest issue of 'Rocks & Co Review', and under FAQ it says:

"Every order has a 10 day money back guarantee. Customers returning items within this period will receive back their initial £5.95 P&P as per the Distance Selling Regulations."

So that is good to know, that you will automatically get your P&P back (presumably without having to let them know in writing that you are returing items under the DSR).

That sounds sensible. So many companies seem to spend £1 on admin to save 1p in costs. xxxxxxxxxx
