I don't like the microfibre ones at all!!!
As I mentioned in another thread, those cheap microfibre ones are useless, you may as well wrap your head in cling film for how much water they soak up (none!)
The Turbie twists are well worth the money, you get what you pay for. Glad they're in plain colours now, I didn't like the childish patterns.

I have one of these, it's about 8 years old and still going strong. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/221314303192?var=520191733831 It isn't cotton but soaks up water really well. I got mine from TKMaxx for a couple of quid, worth trying if you see one. All the other "microfibre" hair towels we've tried have been rubbish; some are too small to fit my hair in!
