Apologies if a repeat but I went back through quite a few pages......

Discover Pure Home - our new range coming soon...

No home should be without the luxuries of quality natural bedding and soft, fluffy towels. So, you're in luck as we are launching a new luxury range, Pure Home, on @ Home Day on Saturday 18th April.

Pure Home's guest presenter Linda Magistris caught up with QGossip to reveal all about the new range…

What can we expect to see from the new range Pure Home?

Pure Home is a new range of linen in classic neutral shades for the bedroom and bathroom that has a timeless elegance. All the products are made from 100% natural materials, enabling you to enjoy luxurious, stylish comfort with a contemporary twist.

What makes Pure Home unique?

It's been made just for QVC and offers its customers the high quality of 100% cotton, for maximum durability, softness and breathability. The collection combines today's trends perfectly to create an amazing transformation for your bedroom or bathroom at incredible value. It also includes some fabulous knitted throws and cushions in subtle taupe and cream shades, to add texture and warmth.

If someone was going to invest three pieces for their bedroom and bathroom, what would they be?

I would suggest trying our Dorchester six-piece duvet set, with its exquisite ladder stitch detailing and generous linen borders, and treat yourselves to the Greenwich Slip Stitch Bath Towel Set and matching bath robe in a subtle pebble shade. Your bedroom and bathroom would be instantly transformed into a haven of peace and tranquillity.

i have recently fallen in love with bamboo bedding (great for socks too!)...i wonder if this new range will include a bamboo range as the exact material is not indicated...

it looks as if they are copying the white company but i bet it wont be white company standars. i bet its the same old factory that churn out subsatnadrd tosh like nn..

think I will stick with my sets which were from Primark!! I can hear you all laughing...they are really gorgeous, have washed well...no bobbling!! and were around the 12 quid mark for a king size set
got some lovely throws too which were even cheaper though I end up throwing them off when I get too warm
they look nice though folded on the end of the bed!

i have no doubt that the beding from primark is better than nn..
in facr most of the fashion from primark is a lot better and cheaper to.

SCW, for 500 thread count Egyptian cotton, that is cheap actually, very cheap! No doubt they'll have pooped it up somehow though but could be worth a try if you love Egyptian cotton & I definitely do!
Should be immediately obvious if it's any good or not straight from the packet, the nice stuff has a very distinctive soft, almost moleskin like silkiness to it, with no residue of roughness in its texture, quite unlike anything else!

aww but KWC when i first posted them they never had on there

I was really not too impressed with them

They're a bit dull in colour certainly but might be worth a try even so? Be bloomin' heavy to return if you didn't like 'em though but tbh, if I bought 500 thread count Egyptian cotton & it turned up even slightly rough & bobbly, I'd be demanding a pre-paid label to return them as faulty!

not all thread counts are created equal i am afraid....
nn and qvc have jumped on the high thread count sales pitch but none of nn high thread count is anything like the stuff on the high street just because its high thread conunt does not mean its better or nicer feel thn lower thread counts...
i have some kyle monogue bedding for my daughtet 250 thread count much nicer than anything nn have come up with

if you compare m&s 400 thread count which my other daughter has it feels like silk and you do not have to put an iron to it....mmmmm

i think there is too much sales talk on qvc sometimes.

#16 Boffy - the other day I was in our local village Co-op & they had fitted single sheets in Egyptian cotton for........£2.95!!! I got the younger DDs some & they loved them! Will see if they wash OK but they feel absolutely fine & are pretty sturdy! :)

bought my daughter and her fiance a lilac fitted sheet in m&s for £2 it was in the sale tbh was £9.50 before.
i agree there are quality bedding to be had on the high street at bargain prices.....
