Mysterious arrival of goods in process

Two lots of Diet Chef Milk Shakes as ordered on June 16th are here with me , but according to my account, my order is still in process. I had been going to ring CS to ak why my order status hadn't changed when there was a knock at the door tonight.

Does it come directly from Diet Chef. I have found when ordering through third parties qvc don't know when it has been despatched etc.

I ordered the clematis tsv the other week and they had actually arrived before I even got the email from qvc saying they had been despatched.

Yes. It is alot faster than the two previous
Milkshake orders.

Unfortunately when I got to work with package one Diet Chef had sent me soup, not milkshakes. Checked parcel number 2 when I got home and it is soup too!

I ordered a Bobbie Brown palette on Monday which is still showing "in process" 3 days later, but hasn't arrived yet.
