It doesn’t look very strong. It reminds me of a chair we had when I was a child. I sat in it and it folded up on me. Sadly it wasn’t filmed and so “You’ve been framed” missed out on my blooper.

These aren't new. When we used to go to Crufts loads of people had them - although to be fair I'm not sure they were rocking chairs. Not for me, I've just bought a lounger.

Is this instead of the swing chair? More practical imo, a lounger allows all round sunbathing in comfort.

John Lewis years ago sold a folding deck chair it has a metal frame. Its brilliant as it has handles and you carry it with the handle that's part of the construction. The drawback is its very very low to the ground. the back rest is super supportive. I like this one as we do a lot of picnics when the weather is good with the grandchildren. Better than sitting on the hard grass

Back when life was normal BC (before covid) we often went to concerts & saw Rick Astley in an open air one on Cannock Chase. My Mr T said that some in the audience behaved as though they were in their gardens; we were quite close to a woman who was drinking prosecco from the bottle, she attempted to stand, fell flat on her face, did a crab like move & ended up rolling into a man who was sitting in a very similar chair to this one, when they were finally separated he looked at his chair & it resembled a dead spider.

Not guilty!!

This chair seems to be an American brand and sells for $60 which is about £42. I've got very similar that don't rock and they were £10 each from somewhere. Maybe Go Outdoors a while back.

ours were a fiver although that was some time ago.

I took them to my late fathers house to sit on when clearing it out intending to bring back again but when I was there handing over spare keys the new owners was using them until their furniture arrived so I didn’t have the heart to grab them back!

I like these chairs but they have a 6 months guarantee which is ridiculous for an item that costs this much. I wanted to buy two but I will see what's available from the high street. QVC are taking liberties as well as our "hard earned"
