Luminess Tanning System

I purchased one of these from Ideal World in April 2011, and it's fantastic one of the best things I have bought. That was until Christmas, when I was gonna do a spray tan, and you've guessed it it's stopped working, luckily I kept the original invoice from when I received it.

Emailed customer services several times, to ask if it was still under guarantee, and they didn't reply. So have had to ring the premium rate number, and got through to yes India, after 60,000 questions at considerable cost to myself, (tried everywhere to find the local number but nobody had one) they informed me they would send a courier to collect it on 10 January. I have photocopied all the documentation just to cover myself. I now await to see if they collect and I get a refund!!!!!!!!!!!! Has anybody else on this forum had any similar problems with Ideal World.

I watched the show about luminess tan and was very tempted (I'm a tanarexic as AY would say). I decided to just keep getting my spraytan done (I go to a spraytan booth place which is £30 a month and I can use it as many times as I want) and I don't need to do any yoga positions to try and spray my back etc lol

But the big plus point is I don't need to deal with IW customer services!
