made an order as lola rose have a good sale on and i wanted to treat my daughters to some lola rose for christmas. an item is now out of stock sadly (for me ) but lola rose gave me a really prompt refund and have given me a code for free postage for my next order. i call that superb service.

if that were qvc they would have sent the order and made me wait god knows how long for a refund.
